*Photo Shoot Day rates are available $60 hr (3 hr minimum)
– Only 6-7 cars are allowed on the property (3 in the garage and 4 on the driveway) ANY additional cars parked on the street or in front of the neighboring property will be TOWED and the guest will be fined additionally for the disturbance
– No amplified music (I.e. DJ ) ALL music is restricted to indoors after 11 pm to comply with neighborhood restrictions
– NO SMOKING Indoors & NO CONFETTI anywhere, violators will be charged a $500 additional cleaning fee
